Transit time

Transit times vary based on the calendar of dispatch and also public holidays in the U.S. and India. In USA we are closed Saturday and Sunday so please inform your sellers not to deliver on Saturday or Sunday. In India we are closed on Sundays. Generally, packages reaching our warehouse before 3pm are dispatched overseas on the same day. Account for 2 days transit time and 1 day for clearance. Generally your packages arrive in our local warehouse on the 3rd day and are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment received or if the payment is received by 4pm, otherwise it is dispatched the next day through the local courier.  If your shipment is not shipped from USA within 48 hours of arrival as per tracking then contact or mail us immediately. We can locate or if we did not received it you can complain your seller on it. Also inform delivery guys not to deliver or drop it outside our office. They must come and deliver inside our office only.
